Job Training

Our Job Training Programs stem from the recognition that a truly sustainable, just economy includes everyone. Our youth and adult work programs provide job training, mentoring, a paycheck, and a professional reference to folks facing barriers to employment. We have witnessed first hand – again and again – how one solid reference and real, recent work experience can make all the difference in shifting attitudes and behaviors, getting the next job, pursuing a path to self-sufficiency, and building a sense of belonging.
