Green Team Volunteering @ the Western Montana Fair

Join us as we support the Green Team efforts at the Western Montana Fair! Green Team volunteers help educate attendees about our three-bin stations and which bin the items they are discarding go. In addition, you’ll walk around to all the stations and help sort the bins during the event, moving things that were put in the wrong bin into the correct one.
Join the team that helped divert more than 70,000 pounds of waste from the landfill during our 2025 event season and help us achieve record diversion rates!

Green Team Bin Sorters (Daily)
Pre-Fair Setup (Thursday, July 30)
Post-Fair Teardown (Sunday, August 9)
Grounds Cleanup Crew (weekend mornings)
