Woodworking Joiner’s Mallet Class

January 7, 2026 @ 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
$75
Example joiner's mallets to be produced during this workshop.

The joiner’s mallet is an essential tool for craftspeople beginning a woodworking journey. This mallet is used to drive chisels, adjust material, assemble and disassemble furniture, and tap joints together. Using reclaimed hardwoods, you will learn to create your own one-of-a-kind tool to last a lifetime. Students will use the miter saw, band saw, router table, and sanders to template, cut, shape, and smooth this beautiful addition to your hand tool collection. If you are just getting started with hand tools, we also encourage you to sign up for our hand tool instructional class to learn all the basics!
