Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Home ReSource mission by leading day-to-day ReUse Store operations. This position reports to the ReUse Store Director and plays a key leadership role in supervising store staff while providing on-the-floor guidance and support to volunteers and community service participants.

This is a full-time position with a Thursday–Sunday schedule, working approximately 34–38 hours per week. The Assistant Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts and is responsible for overseeing daily store operations during peak business days.

This position serves as the senior on-site leader during weekend operations and works independently without direct management support. The Assistant Store Manager is expected to make sound operational, personnel, safety, and customer service decisions in real time while confidently leading staff.

Required Work Hours/Pay: THUR-SAT 8:30am – 6:30pm, SUN 8:30am-4:30pm, 34-38 hours per week, $20/HR DOE
