Woodworking Joiner’s Mallet Class

The joiner’s mallet is an essential tool for craftspeople beginning a woodworking journey. This mallet is used to drive chisels, adjust material, assemble and disassemble furniture, and tap joints together. Using reclaimed hardwoods, you will learn to create your own one-of-a-kind tool to last a lifetime. Students will use the miter saw, band saw, router table, and sanders to template, cut, shape, and smooth this beautiful addition to your hand tool collection.
Skills taught: Shop safety, cutting, shaping, templating, multipiece glue-ups. This project is suitable for all skill levels. Home ReSource will provide all training and materials needed.
