Hey contractors, architects, engineers, and fine furniture builders — Home Resource now has large-lot items! These items are typically large volumes or large square footages of unique kinds of material. For example, all the siding from a deconstructed barn is bundled together in a single package; or, an entire log cabin is deconstructed so that all the pieces are labeled, bundled, and ready for rebuilding. Now you can use Home Resource to source materials for entire projects!
With large lots of unique materials, Home Resource believes the highest and best usage is in reuse projects that match the scale from which the materials originated. For example, if you consider off-cuts and waste, 1100 sqft of flooring could refloor one 1000 sqft room but only eight 100 sqft rooms, due to the amount of off-cuts each room requires. In short, it is important to maintain economies of scale with large-lot materials. Thus, we are only selling these as packages and not breaking them up to be sold piece-by-piece. If you only need one or two boards, we have plenty available in the Home Resource lumberyard.
Our bulk lumber is listed below. We also have bulk office items (cubicles, desks, shelves, chairs, file cabinets, etc.), bulk miscellaneous items (bricks, lights, hardware), and home décor items we affectionately call “Beauties.” Please check back often as more items are added daily!
